Kylie Jenner hits back
Kylie Jenner went viral last month after she shared a video of herself singing, 'rise and shine,' to her daughter Stormi.
It's since been reported that she had her lawyers send a cease and desist letter over use of the phrasing.
However, Kylie has denied these claims asking fans not to believe everything they read.
The reality star released, 'rise and shine,' merchandise after the video went viral in October.
She also joined in on the fun and re-shared some of her favourite memes online.
'no caption needed'
It was all fun and games until a small business owner allegedly claimed Kylie's lawyers sent her a cease and desist letter.
They apparently requested the business stop selling t-shirts with the phrase, 'rise and shine,' written on them.
As per MailOnline, it was MTV Australia who reported this at the start of the month.

However, the business, Cased Clothing took to social media to deny the reports.
'We currently do not and have never had a problem with Kylie Jenner.'
'We are unsure where all this started and we do not want to be involved.'
Kylie hits back
When the news began to spread across Twitter, Kylie was forced to respond.
She tweets, 'I have not sent any Rise and Shine cease and desist letters.'
'Rise and Shine was an unexpected moment..'
'I had a lot of fun with it, and I have laughed so hard seeing everyone’s memes since the video came out a few weeks ago..'
She wraps up, 'there are no law suits, no cease and desist letters. Happy Sunday'
