41-year-old Kourtney Kardashian is best friends with 19-year-old Addison Rae.
And many have been branding their friendship, 'weird,' because of the 22 year age difference.
But it seems the reality star really doesn't care what people think, according to her latest response.
Kourtney shared a picture of herself and Addison posing together in a swimming pool.
She simply captioned the post, 'Two more days of summer.'
Addison responded, 'a dream'
It wasn't long before social media users began slamming their friendship in the comments section.
One wrote, 'i cant imagine what their conversations are made up of'
While another said, 'This will never stop being weird'
A separate Instagram user wrote, 'this friendship still weirds me tf out.'
Before another added, 'shes 41 and she's hanging around with 19 year olds in swimming pools.'
As quoted by E!, after seeing this, Kourtney boldly chimed in, 'Do you suggest a better place? I'm looking for ideas...'
The friendship
Addison revealed in an interview on The Tom Ward Show that it was David Dobrik who introduced her to Kourtney.
"I kind of just stuck around and we got really close. We started working out together."
During a chat with E! News, Addison gushed over their friendship.
She said, 'I've had such an amazing time spending time with Kourtney and meeting the family.'
'They're all just such loving people that genuinely care about each other.'
'That just continuously inspires me. They all have such an amazing bond that I always valued in my family, so it really just makes me love them even more as people because not everyone gets to see every second.'
'It just really shows you how genuine they are. It's not all just for the show, it's how they really are.'
