Kourtney Kardashian sets boundaries at work
Kourtney Kardashian has been having a bit of trouble with her team at work.
It turns out there's just as much drama there as there is at home.
As a result, she was forced to confront her employees on the latest episode of KUWTK.
She explained the situation to her sisters Khloé, Kim and Kendall.
"So I spent two hours calling my team to like check in and see how everything's doing."
"All of them inundate me with their like drama about each other."
"So I'm like trying to be nice, I said, 'Hey guys, I'd love to invite you Friday.'"
"Let's sit in a circle at a social distance, we'll get the sandwiches that we like and then we can have our meeting in person."
Unfortunately, Kourtney's proposal was unwelcome.
Her team told her they were unavailable, with one using a camping trip as an excuse.
Khloé responds, "Oh my God, how unprofessional."
The Kardashian sibling eventually got her team together, and told them she'll no longer be dealing with their personal issues.
"I will never try to organise something again, I will have my assistant organise it," she told them.
"My brain needs to focus on bigger things like big picture stuff."
"You know, my brain can't focus on the details of like people not getting on... I don't have it in me..."
She insisted, "It's just not something I'll be available for anymore."
Elsewhere in last night's episode of KUWTK, Kris debated whether or not to help Caitlyn with some business advice.
And Khloe and Tristan's search for aliens took a strange turn.
