Kim did a Q&A on her Instagram story
It was the first time Kim did a question and answers session on her Instagram and she received thousands of fan questions.

When a fan asked Kim, you wanna more kids? She responded I LOVE my babies so much but 4 is all I can handle with how busy I am, and each one of my babies needs so much attention.
That's probably understandable given Kim is still heavily involved in Keeping Up With The Kardashians and runs her beauty brand KKW Beauty while also studying for a law degree.
Kim's youngest child, Psalm, was was born via surrogate in May this year.
So it seems Kim and Kanye may have enough mini me's in the Kardashian/West family...for now.
