As we all know Justin forgot the words to 'Despacito' last month adding in 'blah blah blah' instead of the actual lyrics.
Now In an awkward moment caught on video, Bieber tries to reason with fans at Sweden's Summerburst Music Festival that he can't sing 'Despacito' primarily because he can never remember the words.
"I can't do 'Despacito.' I don't even know it," he calmly tries to explain.
