John Mayer is back!
The singer revealed he's new music on the way but this time, he's doing things differently.
John told Ellen that instead of releasing a longer album, he's going to release four singles at a time.
He said, "I started realising that twelve songs was a big ask for people now because there's so much content".
John also chatted about his love life but he wasn't giving too much away.
"You don't have to be with someone to be together and I'm enjoying being together".
