Ja Rule Says He Was 'Scammed' In Twitter Defence.

People have been raving about Netflix's latest documentary following the carnage that was the 'luxury' Fyre Festival.

The documentary exposed the disastrous music festival organisation and execution.

If you haven't seen it or heard of it- be warned there are spoilers ahead!

Ja Rule has been defending himself on Twitter since the documentary aired on Friday after he was shown to be at the centre of the scandal.

Ja Rule co-founded the Fyre festival with Billy MacFarland - who sentenced to six years in prison.

They hired the world's most famous supermodels including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin to promote the luxury festival that saw all of it's line-up pull out and people scrabbling around to sleep in disaster relief tents, who btw thought they would be staying in villas.

Rule tweeted out that he was also a victim of the Fyre Festival scam;

As people tweeted him to call out the fact islanders he employed to run the festival were never paid and the entire event basically fell to pieces, Ja couldn't help but clap back at them, protesting his innocence.

If you haven't seen the documentary yet we highly recommend you add it to your watch list.
