Gavin James announces 'gig from my gaff'
Gavin James has announced he'll be live streaming a gig from his home tomorrow from 8pm in aid of Alone Ireland.
He's not the only one doing this - the likes of John Legend, Snow Patrol and more are taking a similar approach.
Gavin announced the news in a video posted to his Twitter account earlier this week.
"Hey everybody! Hope everybody's having a good time at home and not too bored."
"I'm doing a live stream from my gaff at 8pm on Thursday just to raise awareness for Alone Ireland who are looking after all the old folks at the moment.."
The Irish artist went on, "You can watch it for free but there will be a download link to donate whatever you can to Alone Ireland."
"It's on YouTube so you'll have to find a link - I'll set it all up the day before!"
Gavin finished up, "I'm just gonna keep playing until we raise loads of money!"

And they're also taking requests!
John Legend also live streamed a performance in order to, 'help lift spirits.'
The gig went on for about an hour and his famous wife Chrissy Teigen made an appearance.
'Social distancing is important, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring.'
Coldplay's Chris Martin also performed a gig from his home for the band's Instagram followers.
He explained that the band aren't together at the moment because they're all stuck in different countries.
Chris named his performance, 'Together At Home.'
