The two have been testing the waters for a real duet..
Ed was recently living it up in Toyko around the same time as Justin and according to recent reports, they spent some time together in a karaoke bar. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE SCENES?!
When speaking to MYX, Ed said that they did a duet of 'Love Yourself' (which he wrote for the Biebs).
'He was in Tokyo. It was a really weird night actually, a really weird night. We went to a bar called Train Bar and did some shots, then we went to a karaoke bar and sung our own song. He was singing my songs, so I was singing his songs and then we both sang Love Yourself.'
Love Yourself was originally mean to appear on Ed's third album 'Divide' that is coming out in March, but he revealed that he gave it to Justin Bieber for a good reason.
'It just wouldn’t have made it and then Justin took it and did his thing on it and released it as a single and made it what it is.'
Divide is out March 3rd.
