Wizards of Waverly Place star David Henrie was arrested in September for bringing a gun to the airport.
After the arrest, he took to social media to say he was "humiliated" and "embarrassed."
He has finally been sentenced since his arrest.
The child star avoided a year in prison by accepting a plea deal for the ordeal.
According to TMZ, he pled no contest and the LA City Attorney dropped the added charges.
He was sentenced to two years probation, 20 days of community service, and he will have to pay fines as well as take part in a gun safety course.
After the incident in September, he said: "I take responsibility for the situation at LAX today.
"I unintentionally bought my legally owned gun which is registered in my name to the airport.I am so sorry for any trouble it caused, but I am appreciative of TSA's efforts in implementing the safety laws that are in place to protect our beautiful country.More than anything I am humiliated and embarrassed that this even happened. But am thankful to the TSA, LAPD and all involved today for their kindness and their professionalism during this process."
