Actor Dev Patel has described Donald Trump's controversial U.S. travel ban as "horrible" and "divisive". He's among Hollywood stars at the Screen Actors Guild Awards who criticised the move as 'unamerican'.
Speaking on the red carpet in Los Angeles last night, he said it's heartbreaking for those affected:

Donald Trump says the controversial travel ban imposed at the weekend is aimed at preventing terrorism. He's insisting the order affecting people from seven mainly-Muslim countries is not about religion.
The development has been met with angry protests in cities and airports across the US.
