It's over for Dani Dyer and Sammy Kimmence
It's all over for Dani Dyer and Sammy Kimmence.
According to reports, his court case caused tensions in their relationship.
He's been charged with conning two men out of thousands.
A source told MailOnline this week, 'Dani has called time on things.'
'Sam's impending court case put a lot of strain on their relationship.'
The Love Island winner's representatives confirmed the news with the publication.
The court case
News emerged last month that Sammy had been charged with scamming an 80-year-old and a 90-year-old out of £34,000.
According to MailOnline, he's been accused of swindling the men by running 'S&S Trading Ltd' for over two years.
It's believed they were clients at an investment company that Sammy previously worked for.
When the business, 'stopped operating,' he allegedly claimed he was authorised to provide financial services - which he wasn't.
MailOnline report Sammy denied the charges during a court appearance at the time and is set to face trial this summer.
The judge addressed him, "You must attend your trial and if you fail to do so it may proceed in your absence."
"Meanwhile you have bail until June 29."
Sammy and Dani
Old flames Dani and Sammy got back together in April last year.
They were spotted kissing less than a month after her split from Love Island's Jack Fincham.
Dani and Sammy dated for a year before she entered the Love Island villa in summer 2018.
A spokesperson for Jack told The Sun at the time, 'Jack was of course very upset.'
'He is keeping his head high and focusing on work at the moment.'
'Anyone would be when they see an ex with somebody else.'
Jack has since moved on from Dani and even welcomed a baby girl into the world earlier this year.
