Chrissy Teigen has hit back after she was slammed for travelling to Washington D.C. with her family for Joe Biden's Inauguration.
Some are unimpressed with celebrities attending the event when most American's can't even, 'move about the city.'

It all kicked off when Chrissy posted a photo of her son after he hurt his lip, 'pushing his car down the driveway.'
But they didn't let that ruin the excitement of Inauguration Day, 'still happy packing for inauguration though!'
This post really pushed buttons.

The backlash
One person tweeted, 'Hey Chrissy DC residents aren’t very “happy” right now and can’t even “happy pack” their cars to drive to the grocery store because of the military state the city is in but yeah LOL come on down especially in a pandemic.'

Chrissy responded, 'this is not my fault but I’m sorry you’re frustrated.'

They added, 'Literally no one will be there to see him perform, because no one is allowed to.'

To this, Chrissy responded, 'for fu**s sake why are you guys always always mad at me, all I wanna do is make you happy or at least leave you with a neutral feeling of indifference'
The model didn't let these comments deter her from sharing pictures and videos from Washington D.C.

She posted a clip of her pointing out the Washington Monument to her mother.
But her mother didn't believe her, and it turns out she had every reason not to.
