Chris Brown, the singer had been accused of raping a woman in a Paris hotel.
Chris Brown is suing the alleged victim for defamation.
The alleged victim told police she was raped by Brown and two other men during a drug-fuelled party at his suite a week ago.
The American RnB star was arrested on Monday, January 21st, and released from prison on Tuesday, January 22nd without charge, after being held for questioning overnight following the rape accusation.
The two other men were also arrested. One is reportedly Brown’s bodyguard, but both have reportedly been released.
She told French tabloid Closer she’d met Brown through a friend, who works at Crystal Lounge nightclub.
The alleged victim claimed;
This friend asked me what I was doing the next day and if I would like to meet Chris Brown. I said yes and the next day, on Tuesday, I had an appointment at 11.30pm at the Mandarin Oriental hotel to meet the rapper.
Headlines broke earlier this week saying that Police officials had detained the US singer following the accusation.
Now Brown is suing the alleged victim for defamation of his good name.
Last Year A Woman Accuses Chris Brown Of Stalking Her
A woman in the US has been granted a temporary restraining order, ordering the 'Freaky Friday' star to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.
Back in July of last year a courthouse in Los Angeles heard a 24-year-old woman, whose name is Cassandra, claim that Brown 'follows' and 'stalks' her regularly. She also accused him of physical assault.
