Fears for Caroline Flack's well-being
Caroline Flack's family and friends are worried about her well-being following last week's assault charge.
According to The Sun, the TV presenter is currently staying in a London hotel.
A friend tells the outlet, 'We’ve made sure she’s not alone.'
Caroline's been hosting Love Island since it first began in 2015.
However, she's stepped down from presenting duties for the upcoming winter series following her arrest.
And her friends seem to think the show should be supporting her.
A friend of the host tells The Sun, 'Caroline literally took the series on her shoulders and defended the show so much in the wake of all the controversy over duty of care to ex-Islanders.'
'She represented the show at Mike’s funeral and was also there for his family.'
'Bosses heaped so much pressure on her to get the right messages across which she gladly took on as she loves the show so much.'
'But when Caroline needed help herself, they cut ties. She feels totally let down.'
Caroline's staying in a hotel
The Sun reports Caroline is staying in a London hotel over concerns for her safety at home.
She'll reside there until the new year before flying out of the UK in a bid to avoid Love Island's winter series.
The insider reveals, 'We’ve made sure she’s not alone.'
'She’s not a violent person at all and to have this charge hanging over her is so damaging.'
'It’s just so upsetting. It was a domestic between the two of them and has been completely overblown.'
Meanwhile, Caroline's boyfriend Lewis has been showing his support for her online.
