Cardi B is in shock after YOU actor Penn Badgley praised her social media skills in a new interview.
She retweeted a video of the moment and wrote, 'OOOOMMFFFGGGGGG HE KNOWS ME !!!'

In the clip, Penn admitted he finds it hard to be his authentic self on social media.
He explained, "I really appreciate people who have this sort of second nature relationship to it, 'cause that's when you do have something meaningful to post."

The actor used Cardi B as an example of somebody who has a good, authentic relationship with social media.
"Cardi B is a great example of that. She has such an authentic relationship... to me it's an incredibly nuanced place to be."
