Cardi worked in gentlemen's clubs before she shot to fame.
"I had to go strip, I had to go, "Oh yeah, you want to f**k me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's go back to this hotel.""
"I drugged n***as up, and I robbed them. That's what I used to do."
Social media reacts
The hashtag 'SurvivingCardiB' has been trending on Twitter since the video emerged.
It's a play on the R. Kelly documentary which accuses the rapper of sexually abusing women.
One user wrote, 'she represents the worst in popular culture is a horrible example for girls.'
I’m done with my @iamcardib commentary. I’ve been saying this since she came out she represents the worst in popular culture is a horrible example for girls and women and should not be put up on a pedestal. #survivingCardiB

The amount of women defending CardiB is fucking mind blowing, let it had been a woman being drugged and taking advantage of, they'd be throwing themselves on the ground like burn victims #SurvivingCardiB
