According to TMZ, Cardi filed the paperwork last week.
She reportedly wants to use the acronym on clothing, headwear, footwear, athletic bags, purses and jewelry.
The rapper also wants to release WAP beer, sports drinks, soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water and more.
This news comes shortly after she launched a range of waterproof WAP merchandise online.
She's currently selling umbrellas, rain ponchos, biker shorts and loads of other items.
And it seems she's looking to expand on that.
