Cardi B deletes Twitter
Cardi B has deleted her Twitter account after getting into a harsh war of words with some fans.
Things got heated after they criticised her for not attending the 2022 Grammys on Sunday night.
But it wasn't until they began attacking her children that she decided to delete her account.
Before doing so, she tweeted, as quoted by Page Six:
'I’m deleting my twitter but On God I hate this f***in dumbass fan base.'
'You got the slow dumba**es dragging my kids all cause y’all though I was going to the Grammys and I didn’t the f**k ?'
'When the f**k I hinted I was going ? just f***in stupid I can’t I needs to protect myself.'
On Sunday evening, Cardi appeared on Instagram Live, where she addressed her Grammys absence.
As quoted by E! News, she told her followers, "Why would I show up for one nomination?"
She also went on to address those who dragged her children into the drama, "If you bring up my son, I wish the worst on you. I hate you."
The artist also revealed she's busy working on new music, "I gotta prep today and I gotta prep tomorrow."
"So Tuesday, I'm going far away and f***ing finish the motherf***ing album."
"I'm doing a red carpet soon and it's gonna be great, but I don't like it when motherf***ers attack me to do some s**t and then call me lazy because I'm not doing it."
"One thing I hate is when people call me lazy because I work so motherf***ing much. And that's why I'm f***ing mad."
