The bombshell New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears came out in February.
After staying quiet for so long, the pop star has finally addressed how it made her feel.
She opened up the in caption of an Instagram video, which shows her dancing to Aerosmith's Crazy.
Britney began, 'My life has always been very speculated ... watched ... and judged really my whole life !!!'
'For my sanity I need to dance to @iamstevent every night of my life to feel wild and human and alive !!!'

Framing Britney Spears
The documentary follows the early stages of Britney's career and her rise to fame.
It also documents her ensuing conservatorship battle amid the #FreeBritney movement.
Britney's father, Jamie Spears, has been her conservator for the last 12 years.
This deems him responsible for almost every aspect of her life.
Last summer, Britney requested that her father step away from the situation entirely.
However, according to E!, the judge declined the request and extended the conservatorship until September 2021.
After seeing the documentary, viewers were shocked by its revelations, and took to Twitter to share their disbelief.
The film was such a massive success that the creators have said they'd, 'love,' to make a follow-up documentary.
