The topic came up during a chat about his nan, who has raised him since he was 4-years-old.
He said his mother lived close-by, and he spent a lot of his time with her too.
But he revealed, "I was more towards me nanna, and then that's been me and her since I was four."
"We've been together, just like me, her and our little dog for like 20 years."
Brad admitted they argue a lot but it's only natural, and he has so much respect for her.
"She basically ended her life to come look after me," he revealed.

Brad's long lost sister
Host Ranvir Singh encouraged Brad to tell the story of his long lost sister.
He began, "So basically, I grew up just with me nanna, me dad wasn't on the scene."
"But I always knew I had a younger sister. Tried to get in contact with her for years."
He continued, "Searching social media, trying to find out who she was, I just had her name."
"And then basically she reached out to us, and I FaceTimed her for the first time..."
"Well the first time I ever seen her face and heard her voice was literally just a couple of days ago."

Brad added, "My plan is obviously now to have a relationship with her."
"So if anything's come of my Love Island experience, it's obviously finding [her]."
Ranvir chimed in, "You found love in a different way right? You found family love!"
He went on to reveal, "She's 15 and that was the first time I've ever seen her."
"I'm one of six from me mam's side anyways and me brothers and sisters are massive for me."
"I try spend as much time with them as I can... so another sibling is a massive thing."

"You go on [Love Island] to find love in that way but it's not always guaranteed."
"But what is guaranteed is what you've got at home before you left."
