In the past week, Beyoncé and JAY-Z brought their newborn twins home to their $400,000 per-month rental in Malibu. Now, according to reports, the pair aren't staying there.
TMZ are reporting that the proud parents are moving to Bel Air. There's allegedly a 'super secret' real estate deal happening in the area and rumour has it Mr and Mrs Carter are moving in.
They're also stating that the house was never on the market, but has been bought for $130 million.
It consists of;

- A basketball court
- A recording studio
- A spa
- Paddle tennis court
Would you be well? It's also already fully furnished so it's ready for the family of five.
There's conflicted reports as to how much the property has actually been sold for. The pair have been reportedly looking at gaffs in the area for the last two years, but haven't found one suitable until this one. Their budget was said to be $80 million, but reports are suggesting they've paid above and beyond that for this house.
Regardless of how much they paid, it's more money than we could ever comprehend.
