Chris Noth Sexual Assault Allegations
Last month, two women alleged that Chris sexually assaulted them in separate incidents in 2004 and 2015.
In the article published by The Hollywood Reporter, the women said they were triggered by the recent sex and the city reboot.
One of the women, Lily, whose real name has been protected for privacy, told the Hollywood Reporter, seeing that he was reprising his role in Sex and the City set off something in me”.
She said, “For so many years, I buried it” and decided it was time “to try to go public with who he is”.
The other woman, Zoe, whose name is also protected, was 25 at the time the alleged attack took place.
She says, "It was a lot. I didn’t know what to do”. She told the Hollywood Reporter that this was long before the #metoo movement.
Zoe says, “for so many years” she tried to bury the memory again. But more recently, the need to reveal the alleged assault grew.
Chris Noth has denied all accusations against him.
Last month, the LA Police Department confirmed that there was currently no investigation into the sexual assault allegations.
