Three Killed In Two Separate Limerick Crashes

Gards in Limerick are looking into two separate road accidents in which three people were killed.
A 59-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man died after the car they were travelling in collided with a lorry at
Carraturk near Ballylanders just after midday.
The woman died at the scene while the man died in hospital.
The driver of the truck wasn't hurt.

Locals in Bruff meanwhile are still coming to terms with the tragic loss of a 19-year-old Leaving Cert student.
Erin Whelan was critically injured in a crash at Camass near Bruff just after 2 am on Wednesday morning. 
She lost her fight for life at the Midwest Regional Hospital in Limerick this afternoon.
