Component with Dan Sykes

 

I have played in the same room as ( but a few minutes before!) Trevor rockliffe, Derrick May, Paul Mac,Fairmont, Florian Meindl, Dapayk, Bloody Mary, Groove Armada,etc.

I played and helped to organise TECHFEST in Tullamore, Co. Offaly which was Irelands first all day Techno festival with Slam, Adam Beyer, Fergie, Pan Pot, from karoke to Stardom, Hard Cell, Tadeo and a load of irish DJs. I built up a great Limerick following with Viva Night in the Trinity Rooms and was then part of the Trinity rooms Ibiza tour 06 where we played in Es Paradise and Plastik. I warmed up and helped organise the first ever Irish CIRCO LOCO party that saw Circo Loco residents play their trade in the Courtyard in Trinity Rooms, Limerick.

Im currently the promoter and resident DJ in Micronite a great new techno niter of fun once a month in Baker Place Limerick and am resident for STRUTT in Dolans Limerick.

The best thing in my C.V so far was when Spin South West opened & were kind enough to let me host the saturday dance music show. I started working with Spin South West in July 07 and host the four hour saturday nite dance show Component.

I play all forms of 4/4 music mainly in the house/electro/techno vein while always keeping things groovy!

Limerick is a great place and I do work when ever I can running workshops for the VEC & other Youth groups doing Do workshops & music production & recording. We give children a taste of how they can enjoy making their own raps & beats & coming away with a cd of themselves performing.

In the evenings I run Vivamusicstudios (www.vivamusicstudios.com) teaching DJ skills and music production, so if you fancy learning how to write your own tracks or getting the crowd going at a party give me a call.
