She's been booked to open this year's VMA's.

This year's awards are the 25th time that the show will be held.

They're on Sunday night in L.A. and it's reported that Britney might just be opening up the show.

You'll remember that she did that last year too in a performance that was memorable...but for all the wrong reasons.

Supposedly she has something 'exciting' planed for this year.
